How to play Least Count World?
<ul>
 <li>Least Count is a simple, tricky, and engaging card game familiar to card lovers worldwide.</li>
</ul>

Objective: 
As the name suggests, aim to have the lowest possible score.

Deck Rules: 
For 2 players: 1 deck (52 + 1 Joker) 
For 3-6 players: 2 decks (104 + 2 Jokers)

Game Rules:
<ol>
 <li>Minimum of two and a maximum of 6 players are allowed to play at a table.</li>
 <li>Every player will be distributed 7 cards by the dealer.</li>
 <li>Every card has points depending on its face value: A is worth 1, and 10, J, Q, K are worth 10.</li>
 <li>An open card and Joker (value is zero) are visible to all players at the table.</li>
 <li>Each player has to discard one or more cards (if similar, irrespective of their suits) and pick up one card from the closed deck or from the previous player's discard.</li>
 <li>A player does not need to pick up the card if they discard the same card as the previous player.</li>
 <li>For an incorrect show, a player is awarded 40 points.</li>
</ol>

Declaration:
<ol>
 <li>A player is allowed to declare only if the score is less than or equal to 10.</li>
 <li>The declaration must be done before discarding.</li>
</ol>

Tournament Rules:
<ol>
 <li>The maximum points must be preset, i.e., 100-400.</li>
 <li>The player who surpasses the maximum preset points will be eliminated, and the rest continue.</li>
 <li>A player gets eliminated if they exit from the tournament.</li>
 <li>The last person standing wins the tournament.</li>
</ol>

Special Cases:
<ol>
 <li>If a player declares a score of 0 and another player also has a score of 0, then the first declaring player will be awarded an incorrect show.</li>
 <li>If Joker is declared as Joker, then Joker is considered as Ace (A).</li>
</ol>
